Proof · What our monthly report looks like

What we send you every month. Before you sign anything.

Most agencies show you the report after you've paid the first invoice. By then, you've already discovered the reports are decks of impressions and rankings — numbers that don't tell you whether you got customers.

We do it the other way round. Here's the exact shape of the monthly Outcome Report Card every engagement gets. Red / amber / green against the targets you signed for, the pounds-in vs pounds-out figure, and the source for every number. If you don't like the shape, you don't sign. If you do, this is what lands in your inbox at the end of each month.

Sample monthly card

Hypothetical worked example for a UK dental practice on the Bloom tier (£1,499 / month). Numbers below are illustrative; every figure on a real card has its source signed off by Knox before the card leaves the building.

Outcome report card — Acme Dental Practice · May 2026

Overall verdict: RED — more than 30% short of target

One target was missed by more than 30%, so the overall verdict is RED. We tell you straight; we don't average it green.

Outcome Target This period Verdict
New patient bookings 18 / month 22 GREEN
Hygiene recall sign-ups 35 / month 28 AMBER
Private treatment consults 8 / month 4 RED

Pounds out vs in this period: £6,800 out / £1,499 in (4.54x).

  • hygiene_recall — Practice CRM booking log (canon ref: ADR-0247 Calix)
  • private_consult — Practice CRM consult log (canon ref: ADR-0247 Calix)

Every figure has a source label that traces to a verifiable system — your CRM, your booking log, your analytics. No made-up numbers, no vanity dashboards. That's not a marketing claim; it's the brand promise this whole agency is built on.

The rules behind the colours.

We don't move the goalposts. The verdict is deterministic against the targets you signed for at the start of the engagement.

GREEN — on or ahead of target

Measured outcome >= signed target. We did what we said we'd do.

AMBER — within 30% of target

Measured outcome between 70% and 100% of the signed target. Close but not over the line; the next month's plan addresses why.

RED — more than 30% short of target

Measured outcome below 70% of the signed target. We owe you a written diagnosis and a remediation plan within 7 days, or you cancel any month per the anti-lock-in pledge.

Why this exists.

Two-thirds of businesses are dissatisfied with their marketing agency within twelve months. The top reason cited in industry research isn't bad results — it's not being able to tell whether the results were good or bad.

We can't fix every reason an engagement might disappoint. We can make sure you always know, in plain English with the source attached, whether the marketing is delivering.

Industry context: 67% client dissatisfaction inside the first year, top reasons being transparency (58%), communication (52%), and failure to deliver promised results (48%). See ADR-0267 in the public repo for the full pain-research catalogue.
