Get found while you sleep.

Your marketing keeps moving — even when your week disappears.

Your week disappears into running the business. The marketing waits for you. It shouldn't.

From £500/month, the recurring work of a marketing department runs on a clock. Reports refresh on their own schedule. Posts queue for you to approve. The named specialist behind every job is on the record. Nothing reaches a customer without your sign-off — but the work stops waiting on you for the parts that don't need you.

Why this is published, not hidden:

Last quarter someone slid a deck across the table that said "we automate 150 workflows for you". You couldn't tell what 150 meant, what each one did, or which of them ever touched your customers. You signed off because the number sounded large.

What you land on:
  • Win customers while you work.
  • Get found while you sleep.
  • Know what works. Do more of it.

Four rules, applied to every workflow.

What makes it into the catalogue — and what you can hold us to once it does.

Every workflow is fully described, not buried.

Each one declares what it reads, what it produces, what safety checks it runs, and how often it can re-run. You can see exactly what's happening from one place.

Named specialist + human approver on every workflow.

Pulse refreshes your lifetime-value numbers. Glint checks your AI-readability stays live. Knox runs the regulator-rules audit. You sign off on every external touch — drafts queue for your approval before anything ships. When something needs explaining, the workflow record, the named specialist, and the approver are all there.

Safety checks built into every workflow.

No vendor names leak into your customer copy. Claims are checked against your regulator's rules. External touches wait for human approval. Your data stays strictly separate from other tenants'. Each workflow declares which safety checks apply to it.

Every run leaves a record.

Apex+ compliance packs build themselves from the workflow record instead of being put together after the fact.

Anticipated questions.

Answers before you ask.

What's the difference between a 'specialist' and a 'workflow' here?

A specialist is one of our named team members (Pulse, Quill, Aria, Knox etc.) — they take in information and make decisions. A workflow is a scheduled task — it runs on a clock or when something triggers it. Specialists shape and approve the work; workflows do the recurring jobs. Same safety checks apply to both.

Why do higher tiers get more workflows?

Each tier above Spark unlocks methods (predicting customer value, automated ad testing, marketing-mix analysis, causal experiments, shared subscriptions) that need their own scheduled refreshes. The ladder is cumulative — a Thrive client sees Spark + Bloom + Thrive workflows; an Ultra client sees all 193.

Can I see the catalogue before I sign?

Yes — request a tier-scoped workflow list via Contact and we'll send the relevant subset. Each entry names what triggers it, how often it can re-run, who owns it, and what it produces.

What if a workflow ships something wrong to a client?

Any workflow that touches your customers waits for a human to approve before publishing. Nothing goes out on its own. This is a hard rule for us. See /trust-and-safety for how we enforce it.

How does this compare to a typical 'agency dashboard'?

A dashboard tells you what happened. This catalogue tells you what runs automatically, when, and who owns it. The dashboard is downstream of these workflows — it shows you the result; the catalogue shows you the cause.

Want the catalogue for your tier?

Tell us which tier you're considering and we'll send the relevant workflow list — every entry showing what triggers it, who owns it, how often it can re-run, and which safety checks wrap it.
